Founded in Japan in 2018, the client is a startup specializing in Japanese sake. Their own brewery, established in 2021, is one of the newest in Japan. In 2023, they launched their global expansion in Singapore. Now, they are excited to announce the opening of a brewery-owned Western dining restaurant.

Job Description

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverages, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes to assist customers and service staffs.
- Proven leadership skills with strong motivational and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills with a humble and polite approach.

Compensation

- Working Location: 5-10 mins walking distance to MRT Maxwell, MRT Tanjong Pagar, MRT Telok Ayer.
- Working hours: 3pm to 11pm
- 5 working days (Sunday off & 1 day off depends on shift)
