ClosedA Japanese fine dining restaurant with one star Michelin restaurant reward. The owner brings over 20 years of extraordinary experience across Kyoto, Tokyo, and Singapore to his eponymous 12-seater Sushi Kappo Restaurant.
- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Minimum 1 year of Front of House (FOH) experience.
- Prior experience in a Japanese restaurant or high-end dining is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on public holidays.
- Able to work split shifts.
- Energetic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
- Working Day: Tuesday - Saturday
- Woking Hour: Lunch (10am-3pm) and Dinner (5pm-11:30pm)
- Working Location: CBD (3-5 mins walking distance from MRT Tanjong Pagar and MRT Maxwell)
