Our Client is a Japanese Fund Management Organization who was voted and held on to their title of Most Consistent Asia-based Fund and Credence Global with Best Asia-based CTA/Managed Futures Fund – both for the third consecutive year since 2016
- Handle office admin tasks including, managing general office duties
- Organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Assisting with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
- Coordinating office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
- Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities or projects as they arise
- Adapt to changing priorities and workload distributions
- At least Diploma
- Fluent in Japanese (speaking and writing) to communicate effectively with the Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable with a desk-bound job and on-site work
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities
- Working location: CBD
- Working hour: 9am -6pm
