Job Description

- Understand and translate business needs/processes into IT solutions
- Strong domain knowledge in infrastructure with experience managing systems like M365, office automation related (network, printer, laptop management, Teleconference audio etc.)
- Manage & execution of digital transformation projects
- Actively support the identification and implementation of innovative digital solutions and technologies to address organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive the adoption and Users competencies of M365 application across the organization, providing advice on the skills and knowledge needed to support these applications in the future.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results to a new digital workplace through vendor management
- Perform regular routine check on ServiceDesk management, backup, software and service patches.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of all IT activities
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Engineering or related qualifications.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft M365 Platform project and Support
- Proficient in areas such as cloud computing, voice/chatbots, robotic process automation (RPA), and/or Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Demonstrate ability to support project management activities and contribute effectively to project delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic digital environment.
- Able to work independently and constantly upskilling and keeping abreast with technological advancement.
- Experienced in leading a team of ServiceDesk with ITIL knowledge is a plus point
- Knowledge in M365 Collaboration tool and Administration
- Understanding of other Microsoft online services suite and on-premises technologies including Azure, Active Directory, ADFS, group policy, DNS, security, and networking fundamentals.
- Possess Basic Knowledgeable of IT networking is preferably.
- IT Savvy, Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self motivated learner and team player, ability to multi tasks/projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Willingness to travel, work long hours and some weekends for projects when required.

Compensation

- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
