Our client is a leading fire safety provider, established in 1971. The company specializes in supplying, manufacturing and contractor of Fire Protection Systems, Access Flooring Systems, Industrial Fire and Safety and Rescue Products, Building Safety Products, etc., and is ISO 9002 certified.
Job Description
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
- Responsible for calculation of department and division profitability.
- Establish, monitors and analyze product costing, prepare and maintain reconciliations and review of cost variances.
- Responsible for preparation of consolidated account of the group and subsidiary in Malaysia.
- Submission of tax return.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agent, corporate secretarial agents, Singapore tax and government authorities where required.
- Perform full spectrum of Account Payable role
- File and maintain fixed Assets and supplier record.
- Prepare monthly recurring journal voucher, bank facilities and balance sheet schedule.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience.
- Meticulous, analytical, independent with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to work well in a team and able to deliver quality work with stipulated timeline.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, ERP System, Companies ACT and other accounting regulatory requirements is a pre-requisite.
Compensation
- Working location: South West
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Transport pick-up (Joo Koon MRT)
