Job Description

- Monitor and maintain server systems, ensuring their availability, reliability, and performance.
- Install, configure, and manage server hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues, providing timely and effective support.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
- Ensure server security by implementing and maintaining security measures and protocols.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to design and implement infrastructure improvements.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and changes accurately.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in server management and support.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

- At least a Diploma/Degree in IT or related qualification
- Strong knowledge of Windows server, Active Directory, M365 and other IT systems and applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaborating skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritization
- Certifications in relevant IT domains are a plus, for example, certification in MS SharePoint 2016 or above.
- MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services and MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security
- Preferably Certified in VMware administration
- Preferably at least 6 years of Windows Servers and Microsoft core infrastructure technology implementation and hands-on administration in Windows Server 2012 and above
- Preferably at least 5 years of hands-on experience on VMware (VSphere 5.1 or above)
- Preferably at least 5 years of working experience on 24x7 operations support including on-call (standby duties)
- Experience in administrative and routines tasks; adherence to IT policies and security standards and able to organize.

Compensation

- Working location: Shenton Way (based on project, might be relocate)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (need to standby for night setup when required)
- Hybrid (1 day WFH)
