Job Description

- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant
- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
- Assist in preparing food (if required)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

- Prior working experience in F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Have basic kitchen skills
- Able to commit to work overtime if required
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Energetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate in the line of F&B.

Compensation

- Working hours: 3pm or 4pm - 10pm or 11pm (included 1 hour break)
- Working days: 6 days/ week
- Annual leave starts from 7 days (one day increment per year)
