ClosedOur client is responsible for the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore.
- Monitor the service quality to ensure customer experience and service quality meet the standard.
- Follow up on customer's enquiries, requests and feedback with customers and internal stakeholder.
- Review and enhance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency of the operation.
- Deliver a professional, prompt and high quality service experience to customers and internal stakeholder over emails and walk-in.
- Make outgoing calls to customers.
- Resolve complicated / escalated issues.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
- Preferably having customer service/administrative working experience
- Customer oriented and customer focus personality is preferred
- Ability to manage customers' expectations and work under pressure
- Ability to work in team and independently
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and good computer skills.
- Initiative, self driven and time management
- Proficiency in Mandarin is needed to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.
- Working Location: Bedok, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am -5pm); Saturday (9am-2pm)
