Job Description

- Handling renewal sales enquiries over the hotline, email, contact new and existing customers on their renewal sales enquiries
- Generate Renewal Quotation using Excel /Business Central
- Work closely with Maintenance, Presales and Procurement Teams to ensure smooth renewal
- Create MSA for Renewal contract
- Follow up closely on renewal opportunity and close it on time
- To recommend the right solution, service plans to clients and prevent them from churning their services.
- Work with internal teams to develop renewal strategies
- Source renewal quotation from respective vendors
- Upsell multiyear renewal and managed services
- Use the systems and data to produce reports when necessary.
- May be required to identify and recommend improvements to renewal administration processes
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

- Having at least 3+ years in customer facing role with ability to influence different stakeholders using strong relationship and communication skills
- Commercial negotiation experience with a proven record to meet or exceed renewal revenue goals is preferred
- Forecasting experience with the ability to forecast accurately is preferred
- Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results measure by renewal bookings
- Strong organizational and able to handle multitask simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Salesforce, Microsoft Business Central
- Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision
- Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures

Compensation

- Work location: CBD
- Working hour: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Sales Commission
- Variable Bonus (Dec / Jun)
- Annual Leave: 12 days (add 1 day/year up to max 22 days)
