Job Description

- Data input and filing
- Collecting and filing invoice from store properly
- Prepare payment order by internet banking system
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations).
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Schedule in-house and external events
- Other ad-hoc duties related to general affair matters

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.


- Working hours: 8:30am-5:15pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Working days: 5 days/ week (Mon-Fri)
