Job Description

- Manage and support the sales and marketing team
- Manage all creative assets
- Follow up and liaise with HQ on creative assets for new and existing products, including the Self-care website
- Handle POSM requests for all countries
- Adaptations of key visuals for both local and overseas markets (ASEAN) for digital media, FB posts, POSMs etc.
- Update of the E-commerce official stores, (e.g. pack shots, thumbnails, banners) for 6 countries
- Work closely with agency (e.g. Clickr) for creative adaptations and digital media activities
- In-charge of video uploads on YouTube and IG
- Support and assist the marketing activities, including influencer campaigns, running groups sampling, marathon events for SG, etc.
- Attend to consumer queries social and medias and email, and comments on social media accounts (e.g. FB, IG profiles, etc)
- Work closely with relevant regulatory and HQ on the adapt label or packaging designs for local markets whenever necessary
- Liaise with HQ to request master label designs of new products
- Re-ordering of labels and follow up for delivery
- Other administrative duties
- Prepare monthly expense forms (ATL)
- Manage the financial trackers (7 countries)
- Check and send all invoices to HQ, update in financial trackers
- Get and update monthly payment status and monthly service fee invoicing from HQ
- Arrange delivery to send documents, samples, etc., including commercial & proforma invoice
- Label competitor samples that are brought back from business trips

Job Requirements

- Candidates with related experience is preferred
- Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator is a must, hands-on experience is preferred
- Proficient in English with good communication skills
- Good personality and time management
- Wiling to commit six months
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office application (Excel, Word)

Compensation

- Work location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 530pm
- Duration: 1 October 2024 to 30 April 2025
