Job Description

- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files in compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.
- Manage the performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Collaborate with managers to address employee-related matters and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement between the management and employees.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related events.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with Timesoft payroll system will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's labour laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in data analysis, report writing, and HR information systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

- Working location: West, Singapore
- 5 Working days (Monday to Thursday 8:30am-6pm; Friday 8:30am-5:30pm)
