- Prepare local and overseas supplier's payment
- Responsible for AP transaction
- Reconciliation of supplier's statement
- Prepare monthly P&L and Bs schedule as and when is required
- General Ledger
- Responsible for staff claim
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
- Diploma in Accounting/Accountancy
- Min 1 - 2 years’ experience in similar level
- Experience in AP and GL accounting
- Meticulous and analytical
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working location: West, Singapore
- 5 Working days (Monday to Thursday 8:30am-6pm; Friday 8:30am-5:30pm)
