The business has continuously expanded from a "general real estate company” to a well-rounded corporate which is able to handle a wide range of operations within the industry, including procurement of commercial-use land, planning and development of apartment buildings, and leasing, as well as property management, sales, and holdings.

Job Description

- Responsible to project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
- Build and maintain relationships with related parties
- Proposal creation
- Survey of global countries and preparation of reports, etc.
- Perform investment analysis, corporate analysis and financial analysis
- Case study research for surrounding projects
- Documentation duties including documentation check, translation of contract and Legal check
- Work closely with the head office finance department on financing matters
- Supervision of development projects
- Check financial results and reports
- Correspondence of new business/cooperation
- Managing ROI (return on investment) including sales
- Support to the overseas branch
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior or MD

Job Requirements

- At least Diploma and above
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in relative field
- Must have experience working at a financial institution or fund management
- Prefer to those with investment experience at a real estate company
- Good communication and writing skills
- Business level English and basic Japanese, at least N3 level and above, to liaise with bilingual speaking colleagues and Japanese counterparts
- Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understand how to read balance sheet of financial accounting report
- Eager to learn, able to learn fast and great sense in responsibility
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail

Compensation

- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:50pm
