The business has continuously expanded from a "general real estate company” to a well-rounded corporate which is able to handle a wide range of operations within the industry, including procurement of commercial-use land, planning and development of apartment buildings, and leasing, as well as property management, sales, and holdings.

Job Description

- Responsible to daily administrative support and general office administrative duties, including answering in-coming calls.
- Liaise with the facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services.
- Handle the booking of hotels and air tickets for business trips
- Provide general support to visitors
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures, the filing system and ensure paper supply for copy machine
- Arranging documents for delivery purpose
- Organize and oversee other office activities, for example company dinners, company gatherings, event planning etc.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations of the company
- Preparing payment vouchers and other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Some administrative working experience is preferred
- Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or equivalent) to communicate with Japanese counterparts.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
- Minimum Diploma of equivalent in any studies
- Good personality, time management and willing to-do

Compensation

- Working location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:50pm
