Job Description

- Plant hygiene control and factory checking.
- To perform QC check such as microbial check, sensory, and visual checks on raw materials and all finished products produced by the seasoning manufacturing line.
- To do in-house verification/calibration on the equipment.
- To maintain QC laboratories.
- Ensure compliance of (SQF2000, HACCP, GMP and other requirement) and its documentation
- Review and support quality system management within the company
- Involve and support the internal and external audits. Prepare documentations for audit purpose.
- Any other work as shall be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

- Diploma / Degree in Food Science
- At least 3 years of QC working experience in similar capacity.
- Working experience in food production / food manufacturing.
- Familiar with QC equipment
- Knowledgeable or working experience in SQF2000, HACCP, GMP and other requirement.
- Working experience in QC testing, sensory and visual checks.
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese vendors/suppliers.

Compensation

- Working location: Woodlands
- Working hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
