Our client is an authentic Japanese cuisine supervised by a renowned Japanese chef. Their culinary range extends from affordable set meals to the luxury of omakase, with a special emphasis on sushi.

Job Description

- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the Chef.
- Responsible for cleanliness of work area.
- Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered.
- Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean uniform.
- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations
- Passion to learn the skills from Omakase sushi restaurant

Job Requirements

- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in kitchen.
- No experience but passion in cooking are welcomed to apply.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
- Able to work on Weekends and PHs.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions.

Compensation

- Working location: walking distance from various MRT stations
- Working hours: 11am to 11pm (2pm to 5pm break)
- Working days: 6 days/ week.
