Our client was established in Singapore in 2000. Manufactures and packs powdered beverages, food capsules and tea products. The company is a recipient of the Gold Award in 2018 in AVA’s Food Safety Excellence Awards for achieving Grade ‘A’ for 15 consecutive years.
Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining, updating and supporting document files within the Company's QMS system.
- Support QA/QC department in preparing document, forms, chart and SOPs.
- Ensure proper control for all controlled documents. All documents are written and formatted according to the Quality System Documentation Control.
- Maintain record archives, reviewing them for accuracy and relevance.
- Responsible for issuing and compiling Batch Processing Records.
- Other projects, administrative support and ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Food Science or related discipline
- Preferably 1 - 2 years of related working experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare / food production is preferred
- No experience in welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- A team player and good personality.
- Proficient in Mandarin is preferred, as to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
Compensation
- Work location: Woodlands, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday - Thursday (8am-5:30pm), Friday (8am-5pm)
- AWS (13th month salary)
- Variable bonus
- Overtime
