Job Description
- Manage business development and planning, including, gather distributors’ needs, market research, concept building, develop connected and mobility solutions and business models
- Act as PIC from business team to work with/collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. distributors) and other functional teams
- Develop project planning documents, schedule, identify key deliverables, budget arrangements and execute projects
- Collaborate with Technical Team to define system functional requirements into technical requirements for development
- Ensure smooth execution of integration of various sub-systems
- Execute daily tasks and wider initiatives that support and drive the strategic direction and growth of the business.
- Supports Global/Regional technical solutions rollout to SEA region
- Support project implementation, ensure project is delivered and met objectives
- Evaluate and propose user requirements of the connectivity devices, mobility platforms or other technical solutions considering market and customers
- Ensure smooth execution and transition of project
- Manage project delivery expectations, escalate issues to management for appropriate corrective action
- Support post implementation activities
- Create, improve and enhance the services in SEA region for future business
- Understand technological trends and bring solutions to business units to enhance the enterprise’s competitive edge
- Own the ownership of projects, solutions and any other key portfolios within the organization
- Support other strategic initiatives projects as assigned by Management
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, IT, or related discipline.
- Having 4 - 6 years of business development and planning experience
- Experience in managing IT project is an added advantage
- Good business acumen with excellent analytical skills
- Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skill
- Strong communication ability (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all level of stakeholders across functions to drive and facilitate requirement study.
- Meticulous, self-motivated, team-work spirit and able to work under pressure.
- A team player with leadership quality, high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive.
- Ability to adopt a "Think global, act local" approach
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
- Ability to travel to SEA Region
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, multicultural, and result-oriented environment.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and willing to work overtime when required
- Working knowledge with IOT/connectivity device, front-end, back-end systems design and application API is an added advantage
- Working knowledge of server, data storage, firmware, software, hardware and mobile application is an added advantage.
- Experience in smart solutions/connectivity, IT Technologies, MaaS (Mobility as a Service) and IoT is an added advantage.
Compensation
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
