Job Description

- Product marketing with training and support
- Communicate and build with different stakeholders, including overseas regional office, distributors, inter-departments, etc.) to manage product changes / launches and training for each product launch in the region.
- Understand new product and its product positioning and target customers to set framework for each product training.
- Identify products' key unique selling points to be communicated in regional product training
- Communicate with Distributors to understand and be updated with latest and relevant training support needs.
- Create training materials and arrange / host training experience for Distributors in the region.
- Communicate and build consensus with different stakeholders
- Product launch communication
- Communicate and build with different stakeholders, including overseas regional office, distributors, inter-departments, etc.) to derive unified communication for each product launch in the region.
- Create digital communication materials / creatives / tools for each product launch to implement by Distributors in the region
- Prepare and process project approval proposals and invoices with accuracy and compliance to company financial policies.
- Provide general administrative support for team members if needed and support any ad hoc activities related to Product.

Job Requirements

- Degree in Marketing or Business
- Proven experience as an executive or in a similar role with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a team environment
- Preferably previous knowledge/experience in automotive
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with invoicing and financial documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Willing to travel and work long hours when required.
- Love driving and with strong passion for cars is additional advantage.

Compensation

- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
