About Company

Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description

- Ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Strategically placing part-time staff in positions and leading by example in the daily operation.
- Taking reservation, managing seating, taking orders, settling bill, etc.
- Provide high quality of customer service to guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
- Strictly abide with health and sanitation regulations
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in F&B industry.
- Skills in stirring and shaking cocktails are preferred.
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Good team player and self-motivated.
- Passionate about service and people.


- Working Location: 3 mins walking distance from MRT Chinatown
- Working hours: Shift Rotational between 10am - 11pm
- Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)
