Our client is a Japanese Izakaya restaurant located at Orchard.

Job Description

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when necessary.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and teamwork-oriented attitude while working with colleagues.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

- Working experience in F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.

Compensation

- Working location: Orchard
- Working Hour: 4pm - 11:30pm (Sunday off)
- 5/6 days per week
