Job Description

- Expertly cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
- Inspecting the quality of fruits, vegetables, and fish used to prepare sushi dishes and informing the management when quality is sub-standard.
- Preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety.
- Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination.
- Coordinating with wait staff to ensure an efficient flow of orders

Job Requirements

- At least 1 - 2 years of proven experience working in sushi restaurants.
- Knowledgeable of food safety regulations.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Able to work 6 days per week.
- Willing to work on weekend, OT, and public holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation

- Working location: walking distance from various MRT stations
- Working hours: 11am to 11pm (2pm to 5pm break)
- Working days: 5 - 6 days/ week.
