About Company

Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description

- Reports to the Logistics Manager
- Coordinates daily logistics/warehouse activities according to shipment schedule.
- Plan and assign staff for daily activity in warehouse.
- Provide information to warehouse for daily shipment requirements.
- Arrange and coordinates transportation for local and overseas shipment.
- Ensure all goods to be deliveries are arranged in a timely and appropriate manner by checking lead time, first-in-first out compliance, expiry date of the goods, and other necessary information.
- Coordinate collection of empty drums for recycle from customer.
- Process orders by entering into DSC system.
- Issues shipping document (DO, Packing List, Invoice, etc.)
- Arrange Marine Insurance for export cargo and import of empty drums from customer.
- Assist to conduct visual inspection for incoming and outgoing finished goods for warehouse.
- Assist to prepare goods for shipment by scanning the serial number of the drums and pasting of shipping mark.
- Ensure all goods are received into warehouse with proper documentation.
- Keep record and maintain balance of goods, ensure accuracy of stock from 3rd party and own warehouse.
- Submit monthly report for empty drums and cargo insurance.
- Conducts investigation and generate corrective action report as and when necessary.
- To upkeep and maintain documentation on QMS and EHSMS records.
- To conduct training as and when necessary for warehouse staff.
- Strictly adhere to EHS and QMS procedures in all aspects of the activities.
- Performs any other task as instructed by the Manager

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma
- Preferable more than 2 years working experience in logistics / warehouse field role
- Organized, ability to handle multitask
- Good attitude to work as a team
- Willing to help the work at warehouse (no heavy labour)
- Have experience using MS office, especially Excel

Compensation

- Working location: Tuas (within walking distance from public transports)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
