Job Description

- Organize company official trading card games tournament circuits that take place worldwide (from the start to the end)
- Recommend and execute creative enhancements that boost publicity, generate engagement for various events and tournaments circuits
- Manage shop tournaments
- Manage PR materials to be used at events
- Manage events budgets, expenses and negotiate for best rates
- Manage / support other events (including mobile gaming)
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events
- If you are a Senior Event Executive, to provide support and guidance to the team members

Job Requirements

- Must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Events Management/Operations, Marketing or related field
- Candidates with 2-3 years (executive) and 3-5 years (senior executive) of relevant working experience would be preferred
- Must have basic knowledge of social media management
- A Senior Executive must have experience in handling large-scale events
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Knowledge in card games would be advantageous
- Well-organized and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Adaptable and innovative, with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent at schedule management and multi-tasking
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events, when needed
- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Compensation

- Working location: City Hall
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 7.5 hours/day + 1 hour lunch break
- Flexible reporting time to work between 8.30am to 10am
