Our client is a casual Italian dining concept, with more 30 stores in Singapore, more than 1000 in our home country of Japan, and about 400 locations in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Job Description

- Assist the Senior HR executive to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
- Manage and handle employee’s records in HR system
- Prepare monthly payroll transactions (approximately 800-1000 headcounts)
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
- Manage E-leave & E-attendance, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Prepare OT monitoring weekly report & monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Job Requirements

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies
- At least 2 years of payroll related experience
- Familiar with MOM regulations, Employment Act and HR practices
- Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice
- Proficient in Chinese (speaking) to communicate with Chinese operations staffs
- Ability to work on weekends or Public Holiday(if any) during month-end closing

Compensation

- Location: CBD
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
