Job Description

- To handle store operations.
- To lead and guide a team of Servers/Kitchen.
- To handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and company standards are achieved.
- To provide excellent service experience to all customers/and training to all staff.
- To handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- To ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
- To ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.
- To guide and monitor work performance of all staff.
- To handle and manage all sales figure including FL Cost /Sales.
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.

Job Requirements

- At least secondary school qualification and above.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry.
- Prior experience in Japanese restaurant will be an added advantage.
- Ability to speak Japanese language is preferred, to liaise with Japanese management, staffs and clients.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Quality-driven and customer-centric.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple-task.

Compensation

- Working hours: Shift rotational (between 7:30am to 11:30pm)
- Working days: 5 days/ week (Shift rotational including weekend & public holiday)
- Working Location: Jewel Changi
