- Processing of customers and/or suppliers orders. Monitoring and tracking of orders and shipments
- Review customer purchase order to ensure orders are correctly entered in SAP system including but not limited to Sales and Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders and Debit/Credit Notes
- Prepare and manage shipping documents ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- Coordinating and handling of customer requirement and enquiries
- Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery
- In charge of the full spectrum of Import/Export shipping documentation based on L/C negotiations, invoicing, packing list, certificate of origin, customs/insurance certificates
- Preparing payment instructions to accounts and monitor account receivable/payable for each customer
- Order fulfilment task such as receiving, picking/packing and delivery of orders/samples
- Maintenance of inventory stock accuracy through regular cycle counts
- Compilation and filing of shipping documents for Audit compliance
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management
- At least 2 - 3 years of related working experience.
- Must know about import and export trading documentation.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and SAP ERP system is advantageous
- Good personality, independent and time management

- Working hour: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
