- Schedule management
- Reservations for flights, hotels, cars, and restaurants during business trips, including travels and accommodation in Singapore.
- Assist in expenses management and support
- Support in the board meetings, including but not limited to, confirming attendees, assisting in minutes
- Support to Japan head office related operations
- Simple report creation and document management
- Management of IT equipment and simple troubleshooting
- Other administrative duties
- Reception, dealing with visitors, business travelers, answering the telephone and etc.
- Vendor management and contract management
- Other company secretary duties as assigned by the company
- Possess secretarial experience
- Experience in administrative management
- Proficient in English. High level of Japanese language proficiency is required to communicate with internal and external Japanese business partners and stakeholders.
- Multitasking, responsible and able to work in fast-pace environment.
- Good personality, time management and committed.
