About Company

Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4-star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description

- Involve in daily kitchen operations (such as opening, closing, preparing, cooking, and cleaning).
- Responsible for cold dishes, buffet setup, and replenishments.
- Support chef in the breakfast buffet operation.
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

- Preferably 1 - 2 years of working experience in kitchen.
- Experience in preparing breakfast buffet, Western cuisine, or catering is an added advantage.
- No experience is welcomed to apply; Training will be provided.
- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Passionate in cooking.
- Able to start the morning shift at 5am.
- Responsible and trustworthy.

Compensation

- Working Location: 3 mins walking distance from MRT Chinatown
- Working hours: 5am - 3pm
- Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)
- Transport Claimable (if necessary)
