- Create monthly demand & supply plan and negotiate with distributor
- Explain demand & supply thinking way to cross function team to secure production allocation for future months
- Simulate and create rundown to discuss with distributor based on supply outcome
- Input monthly full spec orders into global system and ensure accurate orders is sent to production side
- Visit distributor and dealers regularly to gather feedback from frontline and improve forecast accuracy
- Monitor sales achievement daily/monthly and discuss countermeasures with Distributor or Function team to bridge the gap
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Engineering, Social Science
- Those with no experience are welcomed to apply
- Basic knowledge of demand & supply concept or experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) to run analysis & visualization, reporting purpose etc
- Flair for numbers, strong analytical skills with an eye for details
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Well organized with good time management abilities to meet deadlines and schedule
- Determined and takes strong ownership in tasks
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
