Job Description

- Support for secretarial tasks for General Manager
- Coordination to set meeting schedule and send meeting invites
- Support for data entry and data compilation for monthly reporting purposes
- Regular communication with Demand & Supply team
- System support during monthly operation (download data, sending email, check data)
- Perform admin work to provide support to Demand & Supply team in managing monthly operations
- Work closely with related counterparts
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of each task

Job Requirements

- At least an ITE education qualification
- No experience are welcomed to apply
- Flair for numbers, strong in analysis and problem solving
- Good communication and time management skills
- Can work well both in teams and independently
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to work long hours (OT) on certain days of the month (e.g. first 2 weeks of each month) due to operations requirements


- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
- Contract: 1 Year (renewable/convertible to Perm)
