Job Description
- Act as a country Person in-charge to handle all Demand and Supply related matters for country in-charge
- Act as a plant Person in-charge to evaluate Global/Asia demand and necessary monthly orders to be placed to manufacturing plant and negotiate with production team on appropriate supply to support sales
- Allocate vehicles to each country based on production plant supply to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensures sales team input correct order within deadline, before sending the orders to manufacturing plant each month
- Work closely with counterparts such as sales division, production division, etc. to maximize sales in each country with appropriate production
- Perform the "Final Quality Gate" function to ensure the correct orders are sent for production & parts procurement
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Mathematics/IT
- Those with no experience are welcomed to apply.
- Strong in analysis, problem solving and numbers.
- Possess good time management, communication and negotiation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills
- A team player with strong determination & perseverance, able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Willingness to travel within short notice, able to work long hours on certain days each month and sometime on public holidays due to global fixed calendar, when required.
Compensation
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
