Our Client, an International Relocation Services established its first office in Singapore in the period of 1980. They have been rapidly expanding into Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Japan, The United Arab Emirates and most recently in Vietnam.
- Assist in overall accounting administration including daily accounting data entries.
- Data entry, filing and documentation.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of customer profile and information.
- Issuing invoices.
- Liaising with customers and vendors for payment activities.
- General admin duties.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Prior admin or accounting working experience is preferred.
- No working experience is welcomed to apply; Training and guidance will be provided.
- Diploma qualification is preferred.
- Responsible and willing to learn.
- Analytical, resourceful, and organized.
- Transport provided

- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8:30 am – 5:30 pm), One Sat half day/ month (8 :30am – 12:30 pm)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Annual bonus (depending on performance)
