Our Client is a 100% subsidiary company of a Japanese information and Communications Company. They are one-stop service provider of all communication services . Their Singapore office is the regional HQ, providing comprehensive global and local communication services to companies developing their businesses in the region including Singapore, by tailoring services according to the characteristics of each region.
- Responsible for preparation of quotations
- Process order, follow up until project closing
- Experience in contract management
- Calculate and consolidate monthly usage billing amount
- Data entry task
- Any other ad-hoc support duties as assigned
- 1 to 2 years of sales support/coordinator experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Diploma/Degree in any field
- Full time: basic salary
- Full time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
- Part time: $17 per hour
- Part time working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 3.30pm
- Annual leave (Full-Time) / Time-off (Part-Time)
