Job Description

- Provide high level operational support on Voice & Video related incidents.
- Maintaining and administering of Cisco CUCM
- Monitor Voice & Video infrastructure capacity and performance to ensure continued, uninterrupted operation.
- Lead/coordinate Voice & Video infrastructure changes and upgrades.
- Identify Telephony system issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
- Provide preventative measures to ensure uptime and optimal performance of the environment.
- This position may require working outside normal business hours as and when needed.
- Work on government projects.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

- ITE or Diploma holder.
- 1 year experience supporting VOIP, video conference, LAN; Junior is welcomed to apply.
- Basic knowledge of VOIP and Video solution
- Basic knowledge LAN, network troubleshooting.

Compensation

- Working hour: 8:30AM - 5:30PM
- Variable Bonus (Dec / Jun)
- Annual Leave: 12 days (add 1 day/year up to max 22 days)
