- Receive and review customers’ stock forecast
- Compile stock forecast by supplier and customer
- Prepare customer’s stock forecast report
- Attend scheduled meetings as and when is required
- Raise alert to customers when off-take trend does not align with forecast.
- Raise alert to customers on indent stock list near to expiry
- Raise Purchase requisition to Procurement – By Supplier
- Review supplier’s fulfilment, ensure shipment ETA on track
- Monitor inbound shipment from suppliers
- Raise alert to Sales on any stock or shipment lapse/delay
- Attend scheduled meetings as and when is required
- Make necessary purchase adjustments when customer’s off-take trend does not align with forecast
- Upkeep stock monitoring portal
- Ensure real-time information at all time
- Input Customer’s monthly forecast and actual monthly off-take, Full-in stocks, supplier’s monthly inbound shipment dates
- Raise alert to Sales when off-take over demand trend is detected
- Timely review FULL-IN stocks, ensure no over-stocking
- GCE “A” Level or its equivalent.
- Having at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service role and have knowledge in inbound & outbound shipment arrangements.
- PC literate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
