Job Description

- Answer customers’ queries and prepare quotations
- Handle and arrange import and export shipments
- Liaise with overseas agents to check on the shipping documents, rules and regulations for the respective countries
- Issue custom permit
- Close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers and overseas agents
- Perform data entry for freight services
- Accurately manage paperwork documentation for billing and closing of files after shipment completion
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

- At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in shipping/ logistics industry
- Preferably with Cargowise background
- Proficiency in MS office
- Meticulous, team player and positive working attitudes
- Able to work in a fast paced environment

Compensation

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat (WFH) 9am - 12pm
