ClosedOur client is a US distribution and customer support subsidiary of popular and famous Tokyo-based fishing tackle and sportswear maker. Its products include rods, reels, line, and lures. Our client also makes and sells such goods as cases, clothing, equipment racks luggage, and other accessories. It sells its tackle through boating and sporting goods retailers, including Boater's World and Academy Sports & Outdoors, in the US, Canada, and Central and South America. The company also provides equipment maintenance and repair services.
- To support the end-to-end operation of the store
- Deliver consistent and high standard customer service at all times
- Responsible for all sales activities
- Keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries and needs
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by management
- Possess some working experience in retail industry
- Able to operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy
- Fishing knowledge, sports equipment knowledge or relevant experience is preferred
- Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record
- Cheerful disposition with strong passion for retail sales
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
