Job Description

- Assist supervisors in daily operations.
- Assist in course scheduling and class arrangement.
- Ensure timely & accurate updates.
- Basic admin and housekeeping duties.
- Sending reminders to clients and teachers.
- Assist in stay-back sessions.
- Assist in printing duties.
- Supporting simple marketing duties.

Job Requirements

- Possess minimum O level qualification
- Administration or related experience will be preferred
- No experience is welcomed to apply; training will be provided
- Communication outside working hours is required
- Weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) is required
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Highly responsible and highly responsive
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Great team player, and also able to work independently


- Work location: Middle Road (Bugis)
- Working hour: 5.5 working days per week (1.5 off days on weekdays)
- Weekly working hours: 41 hours/ week
- Weekday working hours: 1pm to 8.30pm with dinner break
- Weekend working hours: 9.30am to 6:30pm with lunch break
- No working on Public Holidays
