Job Description

- Greet and assist visitors as the front desk receptionist.
- Introduce the range of courses and programs to potential enrolees/customers.
- Assist in marketing activities and campaigns.
- Provide comprehensive information about the college and its offerings.
- Effectively handle and promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels.
- Assist in the end-to-end process of student enrollment, including admission and registration.
- Undertake administrative duties related to student enrollment.

Job Requirements

- Proficient in Mandarin language to liaise with Chinese customers/students
- Conversational in English to facilitate communications with colleagues
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers/students
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
- No Sales or BD required, as the customers' inquiries or students' applications will be provided
- Training will be provided


- Working location: Orchard
- Working hours: Mon - Fri (10am-7pm/9am-6pm); One Saturday/month (10am-5pm)
- Salary package: Basic + Commission
- Variable Bonus
- Annual Leave: starting from 10 days (one day increment every year)
