- Assist in prepares /cutting food ingredients/ cooking (before and during operations).
- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area.
- Properly wash and sort soiled dishes.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
- Experienced working in Japanese restaurants will be advantage
- Must have basic kitchen skills
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate and team-working character.
- Working days: 5 - 6 days/week (Shift Rotational)
- Working hours: 44 hours/week (around 11am - 11pm)
- Operation hours: Mon - Sun, 6pm - 11pm
- Working location: Walking distance from MRT Clarke Quay/ MRT Raffles Place
- Benefits: OT pay, annual leave starts from 7 days (one day increment per year)
