Job Description

- Prepare, cut, display, and pack meat products
- Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of food items
- Assist customers in selection, queries, and other requirements
- Handle washing, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment & utensils at the end of the day
- Maintain high food hygiene standards
- Keep records of inventory and wastages

Job Requirements

- Prior experience in butchery preferred
- Ability to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to perform shift work
- Willing to commit to work overtime when required
- Responsible and trustworthy

Compensation

- Working day: 5 days/ week (Off on Monday & an additional one day arranged by Manager)
- Working hour: 44 hours/ week (between 10:30am - 8pm)
- Working location: walking distance to MRT Havelock
- Benefits: OT pay, 14 days annual leave, performance bonus.
