Job Description

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions of the company
- Process the full cycle of payroll process to ensure the accurate and timely payment via TimeSoft Payroll
- Monthly CPF submission and Government paid leave submission (NS claim / Maternity, Paternity, Childcare leave)
- Consolidate the necessary payroll data, benefits in kind and personal particulars
- Submit IR8A and IR21 for leaving foreign employees
- Participate in various compensation surveys
- Administrating of insurance converge and staff benefits
- Assist in the process of hiring (Advertising of positions, arranging of interviews, Background check, Employment offer, Letter of appointment, Onboarding)
- Monitor the requisition record and budget usage
- Apply applicable government funding
- Advise the employee about the bonding policy
- Expatriate management, including application and renewal of SPASS/EP/DP, income tax filling data, verification of NOA, timely tax payment and etc.
- Ensure the legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable government requirements
- Understand and keep the audit requirements in practice
- Oversee the company's administration functions which include leave management, office lease, renovation, facility management, company vehicles, travel arrangement, company event planning and execution
- Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Diploma in Business or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 3 years of full spectrum of HR and Admin function
- Well versed in local regulations including Employment Act, MOM, CPF and IRAS
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Must be able to work independently, driven and take initiatives
- Must be reliable and a strong team player
- Must be meticulous in their work

Compensation

- Variable Bonus (Dec / Jun)
- Annual Leave: 12 days (add 1 day/year up to max 22 days)
- Insurance: Group hospitalization and surgical with outpatient/dental benefits (current policy covers $2000 /$500 per year respectively), and personal accident insurance coverage
