- Manage and supervise efficient working of departments and assigned shift, administer daily staff briefing and rectify all service of staff
- Work with direct reporting superior to carry out recruitment when necessary and administer staff training program including preparation of training and work schedules
- Handle food and beverage inventory efficiently and report any irregularities to the direct report superior
- Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient to follow up for same to receive feedback
- Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales
- Maintain and ensure effective working of restaurants activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations
- Coordinate with direct reporting superior or any other authorised personnel for everyday operation and administrative records of restaurant sales, marketing plan, float, purchases, bank deposit etc
- Maintain contract records, schedules and reports for all employees
- Coordinate with the team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity
- Carry out coverage for other staff member and/ or at another outlet operated by the company under the approval of the direct reporting superior
- Consolidate the employees claims and hand over to the management
- Consolidate the supplier invoice and hand over to the outsourcing company
- Take on any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the direct reporting superior and/ or company
- Possess 2 years of outlet management experience in F&B industry
- Able to commit to work overtime if required
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Working days: 6 days/week (Off on Monday)
- Working hours: 45 hours/week
- Operation hours: between 10am - 9pm (breaktime between 3pm - 5pm)
