Job Description

- Responsible in setting new exciting direction for a small restaurant (25 pax capacity) with Korean and contemporary identity
- Constructing menus with new or existing plates ensuring the variety and quality of options
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities
- Plan orders of ingredients according to needs
- Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff
- Oversee the work of kitchen staffs
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers

Job Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience at Korean restaurants
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to perform shift work
- Able to commit to work overtime if required
- Responsible and trustworthy

Compensation

- Working day: 5 days/ week (Off on Monday & an additional one day arranged by Manager)
- Working hour: 44 hours/ week
- Working location: walking distance to MRT Havelock
- Benefits: OT pay, 14 days annual leave, performance bonus.
