Job Description

- To support the expansion of business by promoting company's brands
- Expanding the network of franchise partners domestically and internationally (mainly in ASEAN, China, India, the Middle East, and Europe).
- Developing company-owned stores.
- Presenting the brand to potential franchise candidates and developers.
- Negotiating store and franchise contracts.
- Assisting with store openings (ensuring materials and facilities are prepared, confirming construction schedules, and supporting staff allocation).
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements

- Minimum possess a professional certificate/NITEC or above
- At least 2 years of corporate sales experience is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese business partners regarding to franchising, store development and etc.
- Positive proactive working attitude and solutions driven
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Possess excellent communication (spoken and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
- Possess good physical stamina, as to involve in frequent overseas trips (up to 3 times per month at peak times)
- Willingness to travel and work abroad actively
