Our client is a leading private nursing home providing trusted care and quality life since 2003. They currently operate three nursing care facilities and all of the facilities are accredited by the Ministry of Health to offer the Portable Subsidy Scheme.
- To perform reception duties such as handle incoming calls, email/ phone enquiries
- Attend to visitors and those who are interested in nursing home care
- Liaise with Nursing Team for residents’ related follow-up matters
- Support in the admission, discharge and administration of residents
- Prepare invoices, receive payments and administer the payment process
- Visitor management
- Coordinate transportation for appointments and other dispatch arrangement
- Stock ordering and inventory control
- Assist in arranging maintenance service with vendors/ contractors/ suppliers
- Data entry, filing and documentation
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- O level/ NITEC with 1 year relevant experience
- Training will be provided for those without experience
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work on weekends and Public Holiday
- Meals provided
- Working locations: Toa Payoh or Elizabeth Drive
- 5 days work week including weekend and PH
- Rotating shift (8am - 5pm and 11.30am - 8.30pm)
