The Company carefully source for quality ingredients and painstakingly prepare them before churning out their gelato in-house. Having 10 minimalist yet cosy café, growing from strength to strength and steadily providing the quality desserts for everyone.
- Support the central kitchen production of gelato and related products
- Ensure the consistent quality of food produced by the kitchen
- Monitor stocks for ingredients and manage inventory
- Work closely with service team to forecast demand and ensure sufficient stock
- Other duties assigned by the company
- At least 1 year of similar working experience in food production is preferred
- Preferably with SFA approved Basic Food Hygiene certification, but not necessary
- Possess positive work attitude and a team player; able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Willing to work on weekend and shift
- Willing to work in cold environment
- Able to carry heavy stuffs
