About Company

Our client is a Japanese IT company providing system operation consulting, information technology (IT) staff, office support/product sales, and security services. The company offers hardware and software services, including computers sales, Web/mail hosting, IT products/OA machines sales and installation, and computers/IT products troubleshooting and repair services; network services, which include LAN/network, DSL line, server equipment, user workstation, printers and scanners, and TV conferencing setting up services, as well as installation and setting up of security, such as firewall; and maintenance services, such as data backup setting and confirmation, windows update.

Job Description

- Assists day-to-day operation by picking up the phone calls/email/walk-ins/ticketing system to understand user’s enquires/request, provide IT support and perform troubleshooting or escalate to the relevant PIC, or provide alternatives to resolves the cases.
- Ad-hoc duties such as software installation, clone laptops, inventory checks, disposal etc.
- Managing Apple, I-pad devices (e.g. New set up configurations, delete terminations, device broken, lost, unlock device, password reset, software and iOS update etc.)
- Keep records of user interactions and progressions on the case (Call logging)
- Doing Administrative work (example: Filing, preparing paper works, generate report daily, weekly, monthly)
- Any other tasks (included weekend tasks) that maybe assigned by the superior

Job Requirements

- Preferably at least 2 years and above experience in the similar position
- Diploma or professional cert in customer services related study or in general fields
- Possess basic knowledge of PC skills are an advantage
- Teamwork spirit, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and fast learner

Compensation

- Working hours: Monday to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Working location: CBD
- Medical allowance up to $600 per year
- Variable bonus based on performance
